We can offer support to find funding and complete funding applications for businesses and community groups. We also can help manage community consultations and create reports from the data gathered.

Secretary Duties

We currently carry out secretarial duties for the Hillswick Shop board of directors and act as Clerk for the Northmavine Community Council and the Ollaberry, Collafirth and Crooksetter Grazing Committee.

Letting Agent

NCDC currently own one property that we rent out in Hillswick and also acts as a letting agent for two other properties in North Roe.

Managing holiday homes

We currently manage one property for Airbnb stays in Hillswick, organising the bookings, checking in guests and arranging the cleaning of the property between stays.

We can also offer support in completing paperwork related to short-term lets.
